ESC Automation Toronto is committed to providing a safe work environment for all of its employees through its Occupational Health and Safety System, which is designed, applied and maintained in accordance with occupational health and safety standards in Ontario.

The Occupational Health and Safety System include policies and procedures to fulfill ESC Automation Toronto’s obligations to its employees under the Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Acts and relevant regulations.

Management holds supervisors accountable for health and safety performance and ensures supervisors are informed of their responsibilities relating to health and safety. Supervisors will ensure adequate direction and training is provided to all workers under their supervision. ESC Automation Toronto ensures that safety is an integral part of the company by conducting regular toolbox talks, and site inspections,  and by addressing hazards once they become apparent.

Employees will conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger their wellbeing or the wellbeing of others, or place our customers at risk. Employees are encouraged to submit recommendations for advancing safety at ESC Automation Toronto, through toolbox talks, safety meetings and the Health and Safety Manager to continually improve our safety program.

ESC management believes it is the personal responsibility of each worker to work safely and promotes safe work practices, safe work conditions and a positive attitude towards preventing accidents. Through combined efforts ESC Automation Toronto believes safety can be a way of life.
